With nearly two years as a licensed real estate broker—and a lifetime immersed in the industry—I bring a strong foundation in both residential and investment real estate. Raised on a small cattle farm in Ridgefield, Washington, I was introduced early to the real estate world through my father, who worked in mortgages and managed rental properties. That background sparked my passion for real estate and provided hands-on experience in homeownership, market strategy, and property investment. Before becoming licensed, I managed a 27-door rental portfolio, gaining valuable experience in property management and tenant relations. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Washington State University, where I developed the analytical skills and attention to detail I now apply to every transaction. In my first year as a broker, I closed nearly $2.5 million in sales and secured a $3.99 million commercial land listing in Camas. As of 2025, I’ve closed over $3.48 million year-to-date. My expertise spans residential, commercial, and investment real estate, including flips and development opportunities.
